Community raising money for family of teen killed in Shelbyville

A fundraiser is nearing $10,000 tonight for the family of the 14-year-old Shelbyville boy, killed in a shooting Monday night. Right now, his suspected killer Horatio Rice is still on the run. He was placed today on the TBI’s most wanted list.
