The wheels are integrated into the car seat and can flip from being a car seat to a stroller and back as the wheels simply tuck under the car seat and then flip out again. In this case, the car seat is the stroller. The wheels are integrated into the car seat and can flip from being a car seat to a stroller and back as the wheels simply tuck under the car seat and then flip out again. The handle then slides up into stroller mode and moves back down for carrying baby in car seat mode. This comes with a LATCH-system base for the car seat to be used inside of a vehicle.
